In ServiceLife a service contract is an agreement between you and your
customer to maintain products at their
sites.
The terms and conditions of these agreements vary, but generally mean you will make regular visits to maintain the products or
you will be called out on visits when
there is problem.
The first tab called S/Contract is where you locate the desired service
contract. All the tabs to the
right show information directly related to the
selected contract. So for example if you clicked the Visit tab you
would see all the maintenance visits related to the current service contract.
