In ServiceLife you can use the schedule screen to allocate your
personnel to the installations and visits your company makes. It keeps track of where your personnel
are and ensures they cannot be booked in two places at once.
On the first tab called Individual you can see the schedule of one
person for a week at a time. On the second tab called Group you can
see the schedule of many people for one day a time.
On the right is the Pending
Appointments list and this shows all the installations and
visits that
need to be scheduled soon. You simply drag the job from the pending
list and drop it on the empty time slot where you want the appointment
to start.
