1. Use windows explorer to create a temporary folder on your computer hard drive and place the downloaded file called "ServLife.zip" in it.
2. Use Winzip to extract the compressed files held inside "ServLife.zip" into the temporary folder.
3. If you do not have Winzip then you can download it from their website by clicking here.
4. Close all other applications on your computer before installing ServiceLife.
5. Run the expanded file called "setup.exe" to begin the installation process.
6. You will then be guided through the installation by the setup program.
