In ServiceLife a visit is the time you go to a site to maintain previously installed
products. A visit can be at regular intervals or only when
there is a problem that needs
to be resolved.
The first tab called Visit is
where you locate the desired visit. All tabs to the right show information directly related to the selected visit. So
for example if you clicked the Product tab you would see all the
equipment that was checked and the results of any maintenance carried
out.
