In ServiceLife an installation is the
time that you first install your products at
a customer site. This is normally a task that is done only once at the beginning. Once entered in ServiceLife the record of
the installation is permanently present.
The first tab called Installation is where you locate the desired
installation. All the tabs to the
right show information directly related to the
selected installation. In the first example below, the main details of
the selected installation are shown. In the second example below, the Product tab has been
clicked and you can see all the equipment installed during the installation.
